Senior software engineer

• Experience as a software engineer across both frontend and backend technologies.
• Skilled in modern frontend architecture with frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript; experience with React or similar frameworks is valuable.
• Experience implementing AI technologies such as AI agents and A2A protocols.
• Proficient with C#, .NET, and cloud-based development.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
• Commitment to building high-quality, maintainable software with experience in automated testing.
• Curiosity about users, workflows, and business problems beyond technical implementation.
• Enjoys collaboration, idea sharing, and shaping solutions and ways of working.
• Thrives in learning-focused, iterative, creative, and initiative-valuing environments.
• Experience working in agile product development teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with micro frontends, distributed systems, or investment management workflows.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern cloud-based applications across the full stack.
• Role model DevOps practices and take full ownership of shared components stability, usability, accessibility, documentation, quality, and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, UX designers, and architects to shape solutions that solve real user problems.
• Contribute to frontend and backend development using technologies like .NET, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Help define and evolve technical architecture, engineering practices, and development workflows.
• Participate in discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer experience.
• Continuously explore opportunities to improve work methods, products, and client value.
