• Prior work experience (1-3 years) in a related role, especially within financial services, or an associate’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience working with APIs and databases to support automation and integration tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to use existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems.
• English verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Set up and manage user accounts on multiple computer applications within State Street.
• Facilitate regular reviews to verify appropriate user access within computer applications.
• Timely and accurate provisioning of user access requests submitted via SailPoint, Service Now, or email form.
• Support the planning and execution of automation projects, contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflow solutions.
• Assist in training new team members to understand and execute IAM procedures effectively.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Ensure all user account administration activities comply with audit requirements and information security best practices.
• Identify and escalate any unusual or suspicious activities according to internal guidelines and corporate policies.
• Perform daily processes accurately for internal customers and external clients.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management to support IAMS and its objectives.
