Vice President, Chief Product Office (CPO) - Business Management

• 15+ years of work experience
• 8+ years in business/product experience, CAO, strategy, consulting, or transformation preferred
• Experience supporting senior leaders in Product, Investment Services, or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience translating data into executive insights and narratives
• Comfort working with headcount, financial, and workforce data
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong execution rigor and ability to manage ambiguity
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)
• High emotional intelligence, sound business judgment, and discretion
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor

Product Business Management & Reporting:

• Own and facilitate business management reporting including dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries
• Produce monthly business review (MBR) materials and commentary
• Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting
• Develop and maintain operating model documentation

Headcount, Capacity & Resource Management:

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Product CAO on headcount tracking, capacity analysis, and workforce planning
• Maintain transparent views into resource allocation

Product Strategic Narrative and Data Gathering:

• Review and align Product content and narrative with strategic priorities
• Translate Product strategy and risks into executive commentaries
• Coordinate content creation for senior forums and communications
• Act as liaison for messaging accuracy between Product Office and partner teams

Employee Engagement, Talent & Culture Enablement:

• Support employee engagement, learning, and culture initiatives with Talent, Learning & Culture Council
• Coordinate Product participation in engagement programs
• Track and report engagement metrics and related follow-through
• Support leadership with materials for engagement governance forums
• Write commentaries for internal newsletters and social media

Risk, Controls & Governance Support:

• Assist Product leadership in risk identification, issue tracking, and control remediation
• Document control actions and governance decisions
• Help embed governance and operating discipline

Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Manage strategic, tactical, and ad hoc initiatives
• Support Product CAO in driving follow-through on commitments
• Coordinate execution with Marketing, Sales Support, Finance, HR, Risk, and other functions

Operational Excellence & Enablement:

• Drive continuous improvement in business management processes using tools and automation
• Leverage AI tools (including Copilot) to enhance reporting and content quality
• Mentor junior team members
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects

The role's shift timings are 5.30 pm - 3.30 am IST applicable for India. Salary may differ if candidate works outside the primary location. Equal opportunity employer statement included.
