Employee Relations Consultant, Assistant Vice President

The Employee Relations Consultant will work within Poland providing expert advice and support regarding employee relations within a global and regulated environment.

• Proven experience in Employee Relations or related Human Resources role in a consultative capacity.
• Experience advising and influencing managers at multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to apply policy, judgement, and risk awareness in complex or sensitive situations.
• Applied investigative interviewing and analytical skills.
• Risk assessment and professional judgement.
• Demonstrated stakeholder influencing and conflict management skills.
• Clear written communication skills.
• High professional discretion, integrity, and resilience.
• Good written and verbal English proficiency.
• Good working knowledge of Polish employment law with ability to apply legal requirements practically.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related discipline is helpful but not mandatory.
• Experience working in multinational and/or regulated environments preferred.

• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvements, investigations, redundancies, and involuntary terminations.
• Advise and coach managers on handling sensitive employee relations matters according to policies and employment regulations.
• Lead and support employee relations investigations including interviews, fact-finding, documentation, and outcome recommendations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and well-governed outcomes.
• Provide guidance on consultation processes including preparation of documentation and employee communications.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records ensuring governance and audit readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of employee relations processes, tools, and practices.

The role requires good level of English and knowledge of Polish employment law. Salary and location conditions apply with minimum salary stated for the primary location in Poland.
