• Minimum of one year of experience in the investment funds industry.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and consistent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to explain technical matters and provide feedback.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to support, coach, and share knowledge with junior colleagues.
• Ownership, reliability, and ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• University degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Perform daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping, and fund oversight with high accuracy and ownership.
• Review selected work completed by colleagues, verify accuracy and completeness, and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyse information and documentation, investigate discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and escalate material matters.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence following procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support onboarding and development of junior colleagues by delivering practical training and sharing technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, procedure updates, and team initiatives.
• Continue developing technical knowledge of investment funds, financial markets, and depositary regulations, applying it in daily activities.
