Project Manager, Officer

State Street is a global company serving institutional investors to manage risk and drive performance. The role is part of the Investment Services function focused on asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions worldwide.

• Previous experience leading international project delivery
• Knowledge of Irish regulatory environment is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English required
• Strong analytical and project team coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive discussions
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Collaborate, and SharePoint
• Degree in business-related studies is advantageous
• 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles in the mutual funds industry
• Proven experience managing projects or coordinating deliverables in financial services
• Experience in the Irish funds industry is advantageous

• Manage all key project areas including scope, schedule, risks, and mitigation actions
• Lead workstream engagement, planning, scoping and budget development
• Manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Host and facilitate client-facing online meetings such as project updates and issue resolution
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Ensure adherence to State Street’s project management methodologies and compliance requirements
• Provide project reporting according to governance requirements
• Collaborate with PMO team members on local PMO processes
