Senior Test Specialist, Officer

• Experience developing test plans for functional and system testing.
• Experience in test execution, defect classification, and prioritization.
• Ability to deliver high-standard deliverables and documentation.
• Ability to review project deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification.
• Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years testing experience in finance, banking, or investment banking.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Team player.

• Generate high-quality test plans and test results for projects.
• Create comprehensive test documentation with reusable test scripts traceable to requirements.
• Report testing progress and metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Execute testing to agreed internal standards ensuring auditable documentation.
• Perform regression testing balancing defect risk and deadlines.
• Support development of automated regression suites, identifying tests for automation and reviewing coverage.
• Manage risk and issue escalation.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) providing detailed feedback.
• Adapt to changing priorities dynamically.
• Communicate accurate test status to Test Lead, Test Manager, Project Manager, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving test methodology and charter toward industry best practices.
