Business Analyst - Server Framework, hybrid, Officer

State Street is a market-leading financial services company providing SaaS platform solutions for investment management, serving large global financial institutions. The role is within the Platform Core Services team for the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), a front-to-back investment workflow SaaS platform.

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering scalable, secure platform capabilities.
• Strong technical acumen to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders including clients, engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives to translate infrastructure needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Engage daily with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience with intuitive platform services.
• Become subject matter expert and provide feedback shaping the product roadmap and growth strategy.
• Support sales, professional services, and support teams to enhance client experience and future growth.

This role requires a hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office in Poland. Applicants must be eligible to work in Poland.
