Wymagania
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate in diverse and dynamic business environments.
- Fluency in English (required); other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to understand Data Models and Data Taxonomies in the context of reference data.
- Solid understanding of Data Management and Data Quality industry best practices.
- Prior Data Steward experience and/or background in Data Governance preferred.
- Experience managing large reference data sets.
- Ability to articulate business requirements and bring them to fruition.
- Experience in (re)designing processes and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in the financial/financial services industry.
- Detailed knowledge of reference data including legal entity data is a plus.
Obowiązki
- Act as the primary Data Steward for Enterprise Reference Data / Master Data Management applications, managing data quality and asset use.
- Maintain business metadata within the Data Catalog (Collibra) and own the MDM Data Dictionary.
- Support Business Owners in implementing and documenting data quality controls; verify operational controls and drive resolution of data quality issues.
- Manage relationships between data providers and consumers; ensure C/P documents are accurate and timely.
- Understand impacts to regulatory reporting, risk, operations, and other processes.
- Capture and maintain technical metadata to record data lineage and traceability; validate and maintain current lineage information within the Data Catalog.
- Participate in data integration and transformation projects ensuring appropriate data sources and quality controls.
- Act as first point of contact for escalations or queries from business partners.
- Utilize industry and regulatory knowledge to support State Street’s regulatory reporting initiatives and find resolutions.
- Plan, organize, and oversee execution of system enhancements with data impact.
- Manage daily operations for State Street’s subsidiaries and branches; participate in Legal Entity Oversight Committee meetings.
- Support operationalization of key release items from MDM Roadmap to meet regulatory commitments and MDM adoption evolution.
- Drive ongoing MDM modernization efforts, including decommissioning ESP, expanding integration choices, and implementing new data integrations into MDM.
