Senior Lead of Risk Analytics Products Delivery & Operations, Non-Financial Risk Analytics (NFR), Vice President

State Street is a global financial services company serving institutional investors worldwide. The position is within the Global Operational Risk Insights & Analytics team in Poland, focusing on non-financial risks including Operational, Technology/Cyber, and Compliance Risks.

• Strong experience delivering analytics/reporting products in financial services risk.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and effective data storytelling skills.
• Technical fluency in SQL, Java, Python, and BI tools like Power BI (Streamlit is a plus).
• Experience with AI/automation to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior leaders and global teams.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into project plans and mentor teams.
• 7 years of experience; 5 years leading analytics/reporting teams.
• Experience modernizing pipelines and migrating manual processes into structured workflows.
• Familiarity with governance tools/platforms (e.g., Databricks, Collibra) and risk/regulatory expectations relevant to NFR.
• Advanced degrees in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Success in developing and executing reporting and analytics products delivering business value.

Nice to have:

• Operational, enterprise, technology risk management or compliance experience.

• Lead the deployment and ongoing improvement of NFR analytics products and reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear, decision-ready dashboards and insights.
• Drive modernization from manual workflows to automated and repeatable product pipelines.
• Improve data quality and governance including data lineage, version control, and source of truth.
• Lead and coach a team, setting goals and fostering a productive environment.
