Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager, Officer

State Street is a global financial services company helping institutional investors manage risk and drive performance. The role supports the Account Services workstream in implementing clients onto the Alpha Platform, a front-to-back office solution.

• Ability to quickly develop strong working knowledge of Alpha Account Services capabilities and tools, including the Account Configuration & Maintenance (ACM) workflow
• Ability to translate client servicing needs into clear business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, track dependencies, and support delivery through structured frameworks including risk and issue management
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder alignment and liaison
• Proficient understanding of account static data, configuration dependencies, and enrichment processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or business analysis
• Exposure to financial services, investment banking, capital markets, or related industries is beneficial
• Requires office presence at least 3 days per week

• Support delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back (F2B) Account Services implementations and target operating model design
• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Coordinate account onboarding, conversion activities, and data readiness
• Develop expertise in Account Services Account Configuration & Maintenance tool and workflows
• Document and validate account lifecycle workflows including setup, amendments, and maintenance
• Support end-to-end testing activities including planning, script validation, and execution coordination
• Contribute to client onboarding transition from project delivery to BAU support
• Participate in client workshops for requirements gathering and configuration alignment
• Analyze account static data requirements for configuration accuracy
• Document all requirements, configurations, and implementation artifacts per governance standards
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for deliverables
• Facilitate client and internal meetings to review requirements and track progress
• Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and scope
• Assist in project planning and maintain RAID logs and status reporting
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation
• Maintain clear project reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Drive follow-up on action items to ensure timely closure across stakeholders
