Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Aras Innovator is leveraged by manufacturers in industries including automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace and defense, high tech, and life sciences. The ASF team specializes in customizing Aras Innovator to meet customer needs, delivering custom solutions, upgrades, cloud migrations, and other projects.

• 6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar position
• Strong business orientation and ability to balance team needs with company goals
• Strong teamwork skills for smooth collaboration within the company
• High attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards
• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time with a structured and diligent approach
• Strong adaptability and ability to switch between different contexts quickly
• Fluency in Russian
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management
• Certifications in Agile Methodologies
• Experience with structured project methodologies
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams
• Higher education preferably in psychology, management, or related field
• Experience working with stakeholders to align business and development teams
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in Project Management or Scrum Mastering

• Provide full transparency on project status for all stakeholders
• Identify and address impediments promptly to maintain momentum
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog
• Protect the team from uncontrolled scope creep while ensuring business value is delivered
• Foster close collaboration between the Product Owner and the team
• Mentor the team on workflow optimization and professional development, while maintaining a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
