Citigroup is hiring a DevOps Engineer to work on the XiNG large scale distributed calculation platform (XiP), focusing on designing, building, and maintaining deployment systems and cloud infrastructure for large-scale distributed systems.
Wymagania
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience working closely with Applications Development teams.
- Extensive experience building cloud infrastructure in public clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects amid competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Obowiązki
- Simplify and design CI/CD pipelines around Citi’s centralized DevOps pipeline to improve consistency, efficiency, and security.
- Build, evolve, and maintain large-scale parallel compute cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Build and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure in new GCP environments.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to introduce new technologies aligning with business and compliance requirements.
- Operationally support XiP infrastructure: monitor, maintain, upgrade, patch, and respond to incidents.
- Provide hands-on support to XiP customers for application functionality and infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
