Senior IT Analyst – Banking | Statements & Reporting

Cyclad supports leading international IT companies delivering modern technologies and large-scale solutions. This role is part of a major core banking transformation programme focused on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic banking platform.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Professional knowledge of bank statements and reporting
• Experience managing requirements throughout the complete delivery lifecycle
• Experience working in a programme involving approximately 300+ specialists
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and dependencies
• Fluent English
• Availability to work from the Gdańsk or Warsaw office twice per week

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of Hadoop

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate requirements into features and user stories
• Manage requirements independently from discovery to handover to developers
• Support solutions related to bank statements and reporting
• Coordinate dependencies across business and technology teams
• Prepare clear functional documentation
• Work within a complex, large-scale banking programme
