[RPG] Project Coordinator / Manager

Software Mind develops solutions for global companies, collaborating on transformative projects including emerging technologies and building cross-functional engineering teams.

• Over 3 years of commercial experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understand "Scrum Master" as a flexible, hands-on coordinator role.
• Proven track record in demonstrating and communicating value from teams and Scrum Master role.
• Experience driving process improvements beyond single teams, involving POs and business stakeholders.
• Ability to think independently and pragmatically beyond strict Scrum Guide adherence.
• Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders for presenting solutions, driving change, and root cause analysis.
• Capability to manage workload effectively and say no when needed.

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and achieve sprint goals.
• Show the value delivered by the teams and your role.
• Improve wider processes involving Product Owner, business, and other development/QA teams.
• Adapt agile approaches pragmatically beyond strict Scrum rules.
• Coordinate day-to-day team work, switching roles as needed (coach, Scrum Master, problem-solver).
• Facilitate communication and Scrum ceremonies.
