[MSO] Project Manager - Infrastructure and IT Operations

• At least 5 years managing IT projects, including 3 years in infrastructure, IT operations, or cloud projects.
• Delivery experience in at least two areas: operations automation, patch and vulnerability management, observability, virtualization or private cloud, public cloud, migration programmes.
• Experience with projects delivered both on premises and in public cloud, understanding hybrid constraints.
• Fixed price delivery experience: scope control, change management, and accountability for project margin.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, running steering committees, and managing management-level stakeholders.
• Technical literacy to discuss architecture, automation, and monitoring tooling with architects and engineers.
• Proficient in planning, estimation, risk management, and reporting in classic, agile, or hybrid models using Jira and Confluence.
• English language proficiency at C1 level for meetings, negotiation, and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with security projects: infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, security monitoring, or ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA controls.
• Experience in identity and access management projects: directory services, single sign on, federation, privileged access management, access reviews.
• Experience transitioning environments into managed service operation: service design, service levels, operational processes.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification with ITIL, or fluent in German or Dutch.

• Own delivery of assigned infrastructure and IT operations projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain the project plan, responsibility matrix, risk register, and reporting to client and internal stakeholders.
• Control scope against the statement of work: identify change, prepare change requests, assess commercial and schedule impact.
• Steer the project team with solution architect and technical leads; manage team capacity.
• Run steering committees and status reviews, escalate decisions, and manage client expectations.
• Coordinate delivery with client change and release management, including maintenance windows and production teams.
• Manage acceptance: agree criteria, coordinate testing, and secure formal sign off of delivered scope.
• Hand over the delivered environment to managed service operation, including operating model and service levels.
