• 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects • Proven track record managing distributed software development projects end-to-end • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management, margin ownership • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority • Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams and projects in volatile environments • Sound understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle with practical application in complex delivery environments • Fluent English C1 – both written and spoken

• Knowledge of property intelligence domain
• Knowledge of design principles, engineering best practices, software architecture, AI SDLC implementation experience

• Managing customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmap aligned with business priorities, organizational and technical constraints • Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal capacity utilization • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and communication between customer and development team members to ensure alignment • Overseeing project scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, and estimates, ensuring appropriate change management • Building a healthy team culture through coaching, mentorship, facilitating collaboration and protecting team from distractors and demotivation • Leading change, including AI SDLC adoption and adaptation • Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively • Managing team objectives, performance, growth, administration; customer order, invoice preparation and reporting
