[MSO] Senior Python Developer (Infrastructure)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Python
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery lifecycle (GitLab)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Robot Framework, Pytest)
• Experience with containers
• Experience with Linux system administration
• Infrastructure knowledge (firewalls, reverse proxies, forward proxies, networking — IPv4, IPv6)
• Consulting mindset: understanding business goals, managing underdefined scope, and client communication
• Ability to build client relationships maintaining trust and engagement

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, Kustomize, GitOps)
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Terraform
• Experience with OpenStack
• Experience building highly automated public cloud solutions
• Experience working in dedicated teams or T&M model with foreign clients
• Managerial roles experience: Tech Leader, Team Leader, Coordinator
• Experience as Pre-sales Engineer or exposure to pre-sales roles

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new backend applications
• Testing and improving existing backend infrastructure applications
• Participating in meetings with architects, functional designers, and specialists on system and application design
• Migrating workloads into the new environment and supporting the platform in production
• Contributing to scope estimation, technical input for pre-sales documents, and improvement proposals
