• Strong commercial experience with Python backend development.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with authentication, authorization and RBAC concepts.
• Practical knowledge of Git, code review, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders.
• Senior mindset with ownership and understanding of technical and business context.

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, hosting, data center or platform engineering projects.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or containerized services.
• Familiarity with source-of-truth tools like Nautobot or NetBox.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms or self-service portals.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, server provisioning or lifecycle management.
• Basic frontend awareness, especially React.

• Develop and extend backend services and APIs connecting the platform with infrastructure and automation components.
• Implement new platform features focusing on RBAC and multi-tenancy.
• Support integrations with infrastructure-oriented services responsible for provisioning and lifecycle operations.
• Contribute to improving code quality, maintainability, documentation, and delivery standards within the team.
