Platform Product Manager - Payward Services

Payward is the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services, and CF Benchmarks. It has built a modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platform to advance an open, global financial system over the last 15 years. The Payward Services team delivers an enterprise infrastructure platform that integrates trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system, providing liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities to fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

• Strong product management experience with ownership of roadmaps and shipping B2B or B2B2C products
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing KYC solutions (building in-house or standing up external solutions)
• Experience building or managing platform products (shared infrastructure, APIs, internal client or partner models) in B2B or B2B2C contexts
• Comfortable engaging deeply with Engineering on technical details
• Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape to build compliant products
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects without formal authority
• Excellent communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry through experience at financial institutions, fintechs, startups, or related regulated environments

• Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs)
• Define requirements and partner with Engineering to drive products from concept through launch and iteration
• Get hands-on with the product to understand flows, identify breakpoints, and implement changes to scale
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to deliver shipped products
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to integrate regulatory requirements into the product design and build process
• Support operational functions tied to US regulated entities as needed to facilitate product progress
