Business Analyst (m/f/n)

This role is for a position in a long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation based in Warsaw.

• Experience with full software solution lifecycle
• Knowledge of BPMN notation for business processes modeling
• Proficiency in UML notations including capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, and logical data models
• Skilled in using modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect and Aris Architect
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain documentation effectively
• Problem-solving skills
• Mastery of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements, and user stories
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility in technologies and platforms
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
• Equivalent internationally recognized certifications accepted by the Contracting Authority

• Modeling business processes using BPMN notation
• Eliciting and analyzing requirements and user stories
• Creating and maintaining analytical and project documentation
• Collaborating effectively within the project team
