• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Very good, hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative candidate sourcing channels
• Strong understanding of the Polish IT market, including familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tech stacks, and key technical roles within development teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ease in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and confidently advocating recommendations
• Excellent work organization with proven ability to run multiple complex processes at once in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and proactive mindset focused on achieving shared talent acquisition team goals and continuous improvement
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
• Practical experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize daily recruitment workflows, draft engaging outreach, or refine search strategies is a strong asset

• Running full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles to meet fast-changing client project needs
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams, deeply understanding and prioritizing recruitment needs
• Utilizing advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to engage passive candidates including specialists with niche profiles
• Managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy in ATS and reporting recruitment metrics
• Staying updated on technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks to advise stakeholders and optimize sourcing strategies
• Proposing and implementing improvements to talent acquisition processes and sharing knowledge with the team
• Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience and supporting local employer branding efforts such as participation in industry events, tech meetups, and job fairs
• Integrating AI and automation tools into sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize recruitment efficiency
