Wymagania
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, B2B, or back-office roles
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships
- Skill in analyzing customer needs and delivering online product presentations
- Analytical thinking (working with data sets, customer base segmentation)
- Customer advisory approach and problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Independence, determination, engagement, and professional maturity
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the IT sector
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Comarch ERP Optima)
- Experience working with AI tools
Obowiązki
- Contact with existing MSP sector clients to identify needs and provide solutions related to Comarch
- Execute targeted sales campaigns (cross-sell and up-sell) using AI system recommendations
- Conduct online product presentations (e.g., Comarch ERP Optima)
- Recognize customer intentions and prevent churn by enhancing satisfaction and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales goals
