Senior Business Architect (Pega, German)

Capgemini is a global partner of Pega, supporting leading organizations on digital transformation journeys. The projects involve designing low-code solutions on the Pega platform for large European and global clients in industries including logistics, the public sector, and retail. Work locations include Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław.

• Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and process/application design with Pega Infinity Platform
• Hands-on configuration experience with the Pega Infinity Platform
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Experience writing user stories and creating functional documentation for complex business processes
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI experience

• Translating business processes and needs into tailored designs based on the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Advising clients on best practices and usage scenarios
• Cooperating with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA, and CSA)
• Ensuring solutions meet the highest standards and leverage the latest capabilities of Pega
