Intern Business Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
• Fluency in English language (B2).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation and prepare clear and understandable business documentation (user stories).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, experience with tools to create mockups.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.
• Familiarity with some frontend programming (Angular, React) and basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application that shows your interest in software development.

• Supporting other Business Analysts in the team.
• Gathering, analysis and specification of requirements (business, functional, non-functional).
• Collaborating with team on project related tasks, depending on the project needs.
• Taking part in knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Working closely with an international team and communicating in English on a daily basis.
• Continuously developing Business Analyst skills and staying up to date with modern technologies and development trends.
