Citrix Infrastructure Engineer

• Hands-on experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
• Working knowledge of Desktop Delivery Controller (DDC), StoreFront, profile management, and Citrix policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in virtual desktop and VDI environments.
• Solid experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
• Practical knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and their impact on end-user services.
• Comfortable creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
• Proactive and independent with strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and support virtualized environments based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
• Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtual desktops and VDI environments.
• Provide operational support and perform maintenance activities across the Citrix platform.
• Manage and support Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in line with operational processes.
• Support configuration and maintenance of Citrix components, including StoreFront, Desktop Delivery Controller, profile management, and Citrix policies.
• Contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.
