• Proficiency in Java programming and strong understanding of the JVM ecosystem.
• Commercial experience with Spring or Quarkus framework.
• Proficiency in designing distributed systems and integrating with message brokers.
• Commercial experience working with cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Strong competencies in relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Experience in projects within the finance, insurance, or FinTech sectors.
• Hands-on experience in delivering greenfield projects.
• Ownership and proactivity with ability to independently diagnose problems and take initiative.
• Strong teamwork skills and a cross-functional mindset.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

• Building core domain services on the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) using Java and the Quarkus or Spring framework.
• Designing and implementing RESTful and event-driven APIs.
• Integrating with message brokers to publish and consume domain events.
• Designing and working with PostgreSQL databases for transactional data management.
• Ensuring the highest standards of code security, correctness, and auditability.
