• Technical education in electrical, automation, or related fields.
• SEP certification up to 1 kV.
• Practical knowledge of PLC programming, experience with Omron or Siemens is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and perform machine diagnostics.
• English language skills sufficient for technical communication (minimum B1).
• Openness to professional development and readiness for regular international travel and work in varied environmental conditions.

Nice to have:

• UDT certification for operating mobile platforms (cherry picker).

• Conduct final tests and technical startups of machines both at the plant and client sites.
• Program and diagnose PLC systems (mainly Omron, Siemens) using ladder logic and analyze complex machine architectures.
• Collaborate during the order cycle (approximately 6 months) to ensure high-level technical solutions.
• Provide engineering support in production periods without travel (work at the Stargard plant).
• Perform tasks at domestic and international client locations with readiness for business travel.
