Product Designer

• 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience in running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Ability to understand business objectives and align UX efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about AI in design and experience using AI tools.

Must-Have Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Mural.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of analytics and testing tools like HotJar & Maze.
• Experience working with sales and business teams.
• Experience designing for IoT products and interfaces.

• Take projects from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs.
• Create intuitive and easy-to-use designs with attention to detail, ensuring design excellence.
• Use AI tools in design work for research synthesis, copy drafting, concept exploration, and prototyping.
• Utilize component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in design workshops and discovery sessions to define project scope.
• Present and explain design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to translate business goals into UX strategy.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging UX/UI trends.
