Manual Tester (Network Monitoring Software)

• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network devices, and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly in writing.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency for daily written communication and bug reporting.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and patience in issue diagnosis.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support Specialist.
• Experience as an IT educator, technical trainer, or IT product presenter.

• Perform smoke, release, functional, and usability testing of network monitoring software.
• Investigate, reproduce, and describe bugs using clear language in Kanban cards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to facilitate bug fixing.
• Analyze product usability to identify optimization areas and future features.
