Junior Product Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our outstanding Product Design team. Your main focus will be designing useful apps for both web and mobile in Figma.

We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which involves diverse and exciting challenges crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals come from the high-end American IT market.

You will have your own mentor (a supporting Product Designer) to assist you during onboarding and help upskill your design abilities.

Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone while collaborating with clients from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and many others.

• Strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop project showcasing AI use in design (self-initiated projects are a plus)
• Minimum 1 year commercial experience in a similar position
• Understanding of UX principles
• Proficient with the Figma environment
• Knowledge of AI tools like Claude used in design processes
• Ability to create basic style guides with help
• Understanding target users and evaluating products from a UX perspective
• Willingness to conduct research when necessary
• Ability to design landing pages and application parts based on specifications
• Experience working with existing design assets (style guides, UI kits)
• Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs
• AI-curious with hands-on experience in design projects
• Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1)
• Eagerness to learn and take on challenges
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills and readiness to challenge status quo
• Open-mindedness to new ideas
• Awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement

• Experience preparing marketing assets (Dribbble shots, Facebook Posts)
• Illustration skills
• Branding skills
• Experience with Webflow/Framer
• Skills with After Effects, Jitter
• Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n

• Creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications
• Using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to create interactive prototypes
• Mapping out user flows based on client requirements
• Working with existing Design Systems and style guides with a buddy/mentor's help
• Attending client meetings to gather and set requirements
• Participating in in-house meetings with Product Designers, Developers, and Product Owners to define application requirements
• Presenting ideas to the team and clients and incorporating feedback
• Supporting internal projects and company initiatives, including creating presentations or marketing assets
