DevOps

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. operates in a regulated sector such as finance or banking, providing IT infrastructure and DevOps services.

• Several years of experience as DevOps, Systems Administrator, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including YAML Pipelines and Git repository management.
• Automation experience using Ansible, Bash, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Practical knowledge of Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools: Grafana, Zabbix, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Dynatrace, Sentry, Graylog, Prometheus.
• Basic administration skills for MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to diagnose issues, analyze logs, and operate in production environments.
• Communication skills, independence, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated sectors like finance or banking.
• Knowledge of IT security and identity management.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Azure, or DevOps (e.g., CKA, Azure Administrator).

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) environments ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and application deployments using Helm.
• Design, implement, and develop automation processes on-premise and cloud using Ansible, Bash, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Manage Azure DevOps platform, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer VMware environments and support server infrastructure.
• Maintain and develop monitoring, observability, and log management systems including Grafana, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Kibana.
• Provide operational support for databases MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL.
• Analyze incidents, system and application logs, and resolve issues for 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and support IT security activities.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams on deployment, migration, and optimization projects.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge in the DevOps domain.
