Test Automation Developer (m/f)

Grupa Pracuj is a leader in HR technology in Central and Eastern Europe, employing around 1100 people across Poland, Ukraine, and the DACH region. They operate several recruitment platforms and SaaS systems including Pracuj.pl, eRecruiter, and softgarden. The role involves working on the Pracuj.pl portal used by over 5 million users monthly, specifically in the eCommerce ecosystem focusing on software quality assurance.

• Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience in application testing and quality assurance
• Strong analytical skills
• Practical knowledge of software quality and test scenario creation
• Familiarity with Playwright .NET; experience with Selenium WebDriver with support for learning Playwright
• Practical knowledge of web applications and basic experience with Chrome/Firefox DevTools, including console analysis, network traffic, and DOM inspection
• Proficiency in C#
• Comfortable using Git and GitHub
• Experience with SQL and creating database queries
• Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or Rider
• Responsibility and initiative in task management
• Effective team collaboration and positive relationship building
• Desire to develop testing skills

Only remote candidates are considered as the work mode is remote. The position is for a 12-month project contract under B2B terms.
