Regular Product Designer

• Proactive designer with 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience in running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Understanding business objectives and aligning UX efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively bring ideas.
• Experience using AI tools in the design process and ability to explain their impact.

Must-Have Tools:

• Figma as the core design tool.
• Mural for facilitating workshops and collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• User research methodologies including user testing and insights gathering.
• Knowledge of HotJar and Maze for user behavior analytics and testing.
• Experience working with sales and business teams to advocate for UX.
• Experience designing for IoT products, connected devices, dashboards for sensor or telemetry data, or apps controlling physical hardware.

• Take ownership of design execution within project teams focused on user experience and business value.
• Perform end-to-end design from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs.
• Create intuitive and easy-to-use designs with attention to detail.
• Use AI tools in design processes, including research synthesis, copy drafting, concept exploration, and prototyping.
• Utilize component libraries and design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate and participate in design workshops and discovery sessions.
• Clearly present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales and client relations by translating business goals into UX strategy and demonstrating UX/UI value.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and UX/UI trends to ensure innovation.
