IT & OT Transformation Manager

• Strong background leading complex IT turnarounds, system consolidations, and legacy modernization.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments with IT/OT convergence awareness.
• Hands-on familiarity with Comarch ERP, WMS logistics, enterprise cybersecurity, and process automation.
• Proven IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and System Audit experience.
• Expertise in IT Vendor Management, SLA negotiations, and RFP creation.
• Robust understanding of cybersecurity essentials and process automation/AI.
• Excellent communication skills with ownership and tolerance for ambiguity.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi-entity holding groups, corporate groups, or M&A IT integrations.
• Post-merger system consolidation and data harmonization experience.

• Map and evaluate the entire group IT landscape including infrastructure, application stack, server environments, and Microsoft licensing.
• Assess core operational services, cybersecurity posture, single points of failure, and structural risks.
• Audit team competencies and ownership structures to close organizational gaps.
• Analyze Comarch ERP implementation across entities and manufacturing.
• Evaluate ERP-to-WMS integrations and bottlenecks.
• Build business case for optimizing or migrating ERP systems.
• Map operational technology (OT) environment and integration points.
• Identify operational risks and workflow bottlenecks on the shop floor.
• Align IT infrastructure with production requirements.
• Translate business process maps into technical architecture.
• Highlight architectural gaps, remove redundancies, and introduce automation and AI.
• Audit and rationalize external IT vendors, SLAs, and contracts.
• Challenge vendor recommendations and negotiate scope.
• Act as translator between business requirements and technical specifications for suppliers.
