Finance Transformation Consultant | GBS Team

We are a vibrant team specializing in Shared Service Centers (SSC) and Operational Finance, acting as strategic advisors guiding clients from concept to optimization, including designing, launching, optimizing, and automating SSC processes. Our work involves diverse systems, platforms, and tools, with collaboration across local and international teams.

• 2-5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, SSC/GBS, or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Strong interest in AI and digital innovation with business/process application.
• Experience working on projects with ownership of deliverables or workstreams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting or SSC/GBS environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Exposure to process improvement or automation.
• Experience working in international teams or projects.

• Play a key role in projects for Czech and international clients.
• Transform client data into impactful business analyses.
• Design and implement solutions that deliver real value.
• Take ownership of project components and manage client communications.
• Support business development by crafting proposals and nurturing client relationships.
