Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in project roles as Business Analyst or similar.
- Experience conducting analyses in large enterprise projects covering full solution lifecycle.
- Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML with experience in modeling processes, data, and business dependencies.
- Skillful in gathering, organizing, and documenting requirements and working with user stories.
- Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar.
- Knowledge of business processes in logistics, warehousing, asset or fleet management, finance, HR, law, or similar fields.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem solutions, especially SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with ServiceNow and understanding its capabilities in asset management, project/portfolio management, and customer service.
- Ability to view processes end-to-end from business need identification, analysis, design, to implementation and ongoing improvement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to solve problems independently.
- English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
- Possession of at least one certification confirming Business Analysis/modeling competencies, e.g., CCBA, Certified UML Professional, BPM 2 Fundamentals, or equivalent.
Obowiązki
- Analyze, model, and document business processes and value flows.
- Collect, analyze, and refine business requirements and user stories.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for IT teams.
- Collaborate with Business Owners, domain experts, Product Owners, architects, and technical teams.
- Create and maintain analytical and project documentation.
- Model processes using BPMN and UML.
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for development or improvement.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes regarding efficiency, cost, and service quality.
- Support change management and implementation of new solutions.
- Participate in defining transformation plans and business architecture development.
Benefity
- Full-time engagement on a long-term B2B contract.
- Hourly rate from 145 to 180 PLN net.
- Sporadic on-site work in Warsaw or surroundings; primarily remote work.
- Immediate start or up to one month notice period accepted.
