Senior AI Engineer – GenAI & Legacy Modernization

We are looking for experienced IT consultants to join a large-scale modernization program within the financial services sector focused on transformation and modernization of complex enterprise environments, combining Generative AI, legacy and mainframe modernization, cloud transformation, data migration, and modern software architecture.

• Experience with GenAI modernization accelerators
• Experience with LLM architecture and prompt engineering
• Experience with Agentic AI design
• Experience with RAG architecture
• Experience with ML lifecycle management and AI governance
• Experience with solution architecture
• Experience with code analysis automation
• Experience with business rule extraction using AI
• Experience with source-to-target conversion accelerators
• Experience with test generation frameworks
• Experience with legacy system reverse engineering

• Work with Generative AI (GenAI) modernization accelerators
• Design and architect LLM architecture and prompt engineering
• Implement Agentic AI design
• Develop and work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
• Manage ML lifecycle and AI governance
• Design solution architecture
• Automate code analysis
• Extract business rules using AI
• Use source-to-target conversion accelerators
• Develop test generation frameworks
• Perform legacy system reverse engineering

Engagement is based on B2B contract. The position requires 100% remote work. Duration of assignment is 9–12 months. Industry: Financial Services.
