GenAI Solution Analyst (K/M) K/M

The role is offered by ASTEK Polska and involves working with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as data platforms including SAP and Snowflake. The candidate will engage in business and system analysis, technological consulting, and product roles, contributing to the delivery of GenAI solutions from concept to production.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, technology consulting, product management, or similar roles
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLM)
• Participation in delivering at least one GenAI solution from concept to production
• Experience analyzing integrations, data flows, and collaborating with system owners
• Understanding of solution architecture and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Ability to independently prepare or co-develop MVPs, PoCs, or prototypes
• Effective communication with both business and technical teams
• Ability to assess AI technology limitations and manage stakeholder expectations

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience with SAP, Snowflake, or data platforms
• Background in retail, logistics, e-commerce, or large operational organizations
• Experience designing Human-in-the-Loop solutions

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for using Generative AI
• Conduct discovery and feasibility analysis for GenAI initiatives
• Define agent actions, integrations, conditions, and risks
• Evaluate data availability, source quality, and integration capabilities with organizational systems
• Support deployment of solutions to cloud and production environments
• Identify technological, operational, and business risks associated with AI usage
• Prepare mock-ups or working prototypes
• Deliver ideas into new functionalities operating in cloud environments
• Collaborate with system owners, business experts, and technical teams
