Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join their team working with Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher, in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Practical experience with Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of REST API.
• Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries and solve performance issues.
• Familiarity with best practices and standards for coding and testing.
• Higher technical education.
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Knowledge of processes related to maintenance and development of production systems.

• Create and develop software according to adopted standards.
• Design and recommend technical solutions in collaboration with architects, analysts, and maintenance teams.
• Participate in code review and ensure code quality.
• Analyze and clarify business requirements; support analysts with preparations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Support project teams during development and project reviews.
• Collaborate with testers on system and integration tests.
• Develop and maintain solutions in the Oracle environment.
• Work with GitLab, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Diagnose and remove production errors; prepare corrective and optimization solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and availability of designed solutions.
• Participate in technical and project meetings and support the deployment of new functionalities.
