Product Designer

Merixstudio is a company located in Poznań, focused on digital product design and UX/UI, employing specialists who work on intuitive and user-centered solutions across full design lifecycles.

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design execution.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience in running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Ability to align UX efforts with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) for meetings and workshops.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI tools in design processes and ability to explain their benefits and limitations.
• Proficiency in Figma as the core design tool.
• Experience with Mural for facilitating workshops and collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with user research methodologies including user testing and insight gathering.
• Knowledge of HotJar and Maze tools for user behavior analytics and testing.
• Experience advocating UX with sales and business teams to support project wins.
• Experience designing for IoT products, connected device interfaces, sensor data dashboards, or applications controlling physical hardware.

• Take ownership of design execution within project teams, delivering exceptional user experiences and business value.
• Manage the entire design process from wireframes to developer-ready designs.
• Use AI tools in daily design work, including research synthesis, copy drafting, and prototyping.
• Utilize component libraries and design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions to define project scope.
• Present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales and client relations by translating business goals into UX strategy.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging UX/UI trends.
