• Minimum 5 years of programming experience in Java.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Java 17+.
• Minimum 2 years as Technical Lead or backend team leader in Java.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, relational databases, and ORM frameworks (like Hibernate).
• Experience with GitLab and Maven.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Familiarity with platforms, APIs, and integration channels used by energy operators, especially Unicorn (ECP/EDX) solutions.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and timeliness in task execution.
• High communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS / Oracle Database 19c.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.

• Support the developer team in defining and executing technical tasks.
• Analyze, verify, and plan technology development used in the project.
• Implement new technologies within project teams, including conducting training and mentoring.
• Develop backend system architecture.
• Design and implement new functionalities.
• Create and develop unit and integration tests.
• Support the team in best programming practices and technical decisions.
• Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of developed solutions.
