AI Engineer

We are STX Next, a global IT consulting company with 500 professionals focused on customer-focused software services and innovation.

• Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.
• Experience building agentic workflows with the LangChain family (including LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith) or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI-first IDEs like Cursor for rapid prototyping and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) for communicating technical architectures and training users.

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-code automation tools like n8n.
• Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (text classification, entity recognition, semantic search).
• Experience in Computer Vision including image classification, object detection, or multimodal vision models.
• Expertise in recommendation and matchmaking engine development.
• Experience leading discovery workshops to map business needs to AI solutions.

• Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.
• Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to speed up development.
• Integrate custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, particularly the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to facilitate adoption of AI tools.
• Collaborate with product or business leaders to translate ideas into technical architecture and defend technical choices.
