IT & OT Transformation Manager

Link Group is hiring a Senior IT & Operational Transformation Leader to work in a complex, multi-entity group environment focused on auditing and architecting a future IT/OT roadmap with a heavy focus on Comarch ERP, WMS, and manufacturing (OT) integrations.

• Strong expertise in IT transformation, enterprise architecture, and system audits.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Comarch ERP and WMS environments.
• Proven background in manufacturing/production environments with IT/OT integration awareness.
• Experience in IT vendor management, SLA negotiations, and RFP creation.
• Solid understanding of enterprise cybersecurity standards.
• Experienced in process automation and applied AI.
• Exceptional communication skills with ownership and ability to operate under ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in multi-entity holding groups or corporate groups.
• Expertise in M&A IT integrations, post-merger system consolidation, and data harmonization.

• Map and evaluate the entire group IT landscape including infrastructure, application stack, server environments, and Microsoft licensing.
• Assess operational services, cybersecurity posture, single points of failure, and structural risks.
• Audit team competencies and organizational ownership gaps.
• Analyze current Comarch ERP implementation across group entities and manufacturing units.
• Evaluate ERP-to-WMS integrations, process dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Build business case and executive recommendations regarding ERP optimization or migration.
• Map operational technology (OT) and its integration with IT and ERP systems.
• Identify operational risks and workflow bottlenecks on the shop floor.
• Align IT infrastructure with production requirements without detailed automation engineering involvement.
• Translate business processes into technical architecture.
• Identify architectural gaps, eliminate redundancies, and introduce workflow automation and applied AI solutions.
• Audit and rationalize external IT vendors, SLAs, and contracts.
• Challenge vendor recommendations, negotiate scope, and manage supplier accountability or replacements.
• Serve as translator between executive business requirements and technical specifications for suppliers.
