AI Product Owner

The OneAI Team delivers reusable AI capabilities and tailor-made AI solutions across the Lufthansa Group. Their mission is to transform innovative AI ideas into reliable, scalable products used by business stakeholders and operational teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Practical experience managing product backlogs and defining priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of decisions.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or GenAI solutions.
• Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Experience defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and international teams.
• Ability to balance innovation with operational and compliance requirements.

• Own the product vision and product roadmap for selected AI initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and refine requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Architects, AI Developers, Data Engineers, and System Engineers.
• Coordinate the product lifecycle from idea and feasibility analysis through MVP delivery and production rollout.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making.
• Support the identification and prioritization of new AI use cases across the organization.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Monitor product adoption, success metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Promote reuse of existing OneAI capabilities and platform services wherever possible.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
