Senior Platform Engineer – Developer Experience & AI Enablement

Trans.eu Group SA operates in an environment focused on SaaS, AWS cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern platform engineering practices.

• Experience in an organization where the platform was developed as an internal product for multiple development teams, as a Platform Engineer, DevEx/Ops Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience building tools, automation, or self-service solutions for development teams.
• Programming skills for internal tools, integrations, and automation, e.g., in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, deployments, and observability concepts.
• Ability to design simple, useful abstractions for developers.
• Product-oriented approach to internal tools including user focus, feedback, deployment, and iterative value delivery.
• Practical experience in AI-assisted engineering or conscious use of AI in engineering work.
• Very good technical communication skills and ability to create clear documentation.
• Experience working with multiple technical teams.
• English enabling smooth technical communication (B1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with developer portals, service catalogs, or Internal Developer Platforms.
• Knowledge of solutions supporting self-service, documentation, and service catalogs.
• Experience creating templates, generators, shared processes, pipeline templates, CLI or API for developers.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt or similar IaC tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, or GitOps.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Ability to define recommended workflows for developer teams.
• Knowledge of cloud security, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience conducting workshops, training, or demos.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Experience creating plugins or integrations for developer portals.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, document generation, code review support, incident analysis or developer assistants.
• Knowledge of AI risks: sensitive data, secrets, prompt injection, access control, result validation, costs.
• Experience with FinOps, cost allocation, and cloud cost visibility for product teams.
• Experience in SaaS organizations.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, or security.

• Build and develop self-service tools for development teams.
• Transform Platform Engineering solutions into simple, consistent, ready-to-use internal products.
• Create recommended workflows for common development scenarios.
• Develop developer portal, service catalog, templates, documentation, and integrations.
• Design automation, generators, workflows, and tools supporting engineers' daily work.
• Co-create AI-assisted engineering standards including AI usage rules, prompt templates, and safe processes for code, documentation, and operations.
• Support developer teams in implementing new tools and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, and product teams.
• Introduce product-oriented approach to internal tools: recognizing needs, working with feedback, iterative development, and ensuring actual usage.

UE L 119, s. 1) – dalej RODO − informujemy, że:

1. Administratorem danych osobowych podanych w odpowiedzi na ofertę oraz dokumentach rekrutacyjnych jest Trans.eu Group S.A. (dawniej: Logintrans sp. z o.o.) z siedzibą w Wysokiej (ul. Chabrowa 4, 52-200 Wysoka, Polska, NIP: 8942764658, KRS: 0000720763).
2. Jeżeli zostanie wyrażona zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w procesach rekrutacyjnych organizowanych przez grupę Trans.eu, podmioty, które wchodzą w jej skład staną się również Administratorem przekazanych danych osobowych.
3. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celach udziału w niniejszym procesie rekrutacyjnym oraz - w przypadku wyrażenia na to zgody- dalszych procesach rekrutacyjnych.
4. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne dla wzięcia udziału w procesie rekrutacyjnym, a w przypadku wyrażenia na to zgody - również dalszych procesach rekrutacyjnych.
5. Przetwarzanie podanych danych osobowych w procesie rekrutacji odbywa się w oparciu o dobrowolnie wyrażoną zgodę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO). Dane będą mogły być również przetwarzane niezależnie od wyrażonej zgody, w związku z dochodzeniem/obroną roszczeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO tj. na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu administratora).
6. Przysługuje Państwu prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie.
7. W przypadku stwierdzenia, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO przysługuje Państwu prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego.
8. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez czas trwania procesu rekrutacji. W razie wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych również w dalszych procesach rekrutacyjnych dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu cofnięcia zgody. Przez okres 5 lat liczonych od daty cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych możemy przechowywać dane w ograniczonym zakresie dla wykazania zgodnego z RODO przetwarzania tych danych, chyba że Administrator w oparciu o inne podstawy prawne będzie miał obowiązek Państwa dane przetwarzać przez dłuższy okres.
9. Dane osobowe mogą zostać przekazywane innym odbiorcom tj. firmom prowadzącym na nasze zlecenie procesy rekrutacyjne.
10. Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich ani organizacji międzynarodowych.
11. Dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany.
