Business Analyst | Enterprise Software / ERP / ServiceNow

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience as a BA in a large ERP project (>1 year, budget >€1M)
• At least one certification among CCBA, UML, BPM, or equivalent
• Higher education in IT
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level (with certificate)
• Experience in managing a full software lifecycle project
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and user stories
• Practical knowledge of BPMN
• Knowledge of UML (capability, activity, state diagrams, logical data model)
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect and ARIS Architect (or similar)
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and design documentation
• Experience in process analysis across Logistics, Warehouse, Asset, Fleet, Financial, Legal, HR, and Project Management
• Experience with SharePoint 2019, Subscription Edition, Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Business analysis experience with ServiceNow (Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow in both on-premises and cloud setups

• Model and document business processes, roles, capabilities, and data
• Gather and analyze requirements and user stories
• Support Business Experts and Product Owners in requirement definition and software development
• Maintain and track requirements/user stories throughout the system lifecycle
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into Business Requirements Specification
• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, and system functionalities
• Analyze existing systems and identify potential solutions
• Support business cases and feasibility studies
• Participate in design, testing, QA, and change management
• Design, validate, and test business processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
• Conduct cost-benefit and what-if analyses
• Plan organizational changes and implement process monitoring
• Communicate project goals, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders
• Support business users in strategic and tactical planning
• Assist in defining transition roadmaps for business architecture
