Project Manager - Consultant with French

• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation within distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally in a Product Owner role.
• Proven experience in the Automotive sector.
• Excellent French (C2) and English (minimum C1) skills, both written and spoken.
• Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, preferably focused on Digital and Agile Transformations (Senior level).
• Strong proven experience in at least one of the following areas: ServiceNow, Data Visualisation, Advanced Agile Transformation (Senior level).
• Proven experience working with France-based clients, particularly in AMOE or AMOA roles (Senior level).

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Public Sector.
• Initial proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives for French clients (Staff level).
• Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment and work with senior stakeholders (Staff level).

• Support large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Deliver projects and programs combining Agile methodologies and consulting.
• Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners.
• Work effectively with international teams and clients.
