IT & OT Transformation Manager

Link Group is hiring a hands-on Senior IT & Operational Transformation Leader to manage a complex, multi-entity group environment with a focus on Comarch ERP, WMS, and manufacturing (OT) integrations, driving the long-term digital evolution of the group.

• Strong background in leading complex IT turnarounds, system consolidations, and legacy modernization projects.
• Direct experience in manufacturing/production environments with strong IT/OT convergence understanding.
• Hands-on familiarity with Comarch ERP, WMS logistics, enterprise cybersecurity standards, and process automation.
• Proven ability to work in unstructured environments and bring operational order.
• Proven track record in IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and System Audits.
• Strong expertise with Comarch ERP systems and WMS environments.
• Hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing IT/OT domains.
• Strong IT Vendor Management skills including SLA negotiations and RFP creation.
• Robust understanding of cybersecurity essentials and process automation/AI.
• Exceptional communication skills with ownership and tolerance for ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in multi-entity holding groups, corporate groups, or M&A IT integrations.
• Post-merger system consolidation and data harmonization experience.

• Map and evaluate the entire group IT landscape including infrastructure, application stack, server environments, and Microsoft licensing.
• Assess core operational services, cybersecurity posture, single points of failure, and structural risks.
• Audit team competencies and ownership structures to eliminate organizational gaps.
• Analyze the current Comarch ERP implementation across group entities and manufacturing units.
• Evaluate ERP-to-WMS integrations, process dependencies, and system bottlenecks.
• Build business cases and executive recommendations for optimizing or migrating ERP systems.
• Map operational technology environment and its integration with core IT systems and ERP.
• Identify operational risks and workflow bottlenecks on the shop floor.
• Align IT infrastructure with production requirements without deep automation engineering involvement.
• Translate business processes into technical architecture from IT architecture to automation.
• Highlight architectural gaps, eliminate redundancies, and introduce workflow automation and applied AI solutions.
• Audit and rationalize external IT vendors, SLAs, and contract scopes.
• Challenge vendor recommendations, negotiate scopes, and manage vendor accountability or replacements.
• Act as a master translator between executive business requirements and technical specifications for suppliers.
