The Polish branch acts as the Global Delivery Center based in Katowice with around 1,000 specialists since 2007. Their Digital Platform Services department covers cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security. The Application Services department manages software development, data engineering, testing, and platform integrations for clients in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
Wymagania
- Proven experience in storage administration with hands-on expertise in SAN and NAS environments.
- Practical experience with NetApp (including MetroCluster), Dell PowerStore, and Dell Isilon / PowerScale solutions.
- Experience in Linux system administration.
- Strong understanding of storage concepts such as LUN management, zoning, multipathing, and NFS/CIFS shares.
- Ability to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize storage infrastructures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
- Communicative French and Polish language skills (minimum B1 level).
Nice to have:
- Linux or Storage-related certifications.
- Experience with storage migrations and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting in Linux environments (e.g., Bash, Python).
Obowiązki
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise storage environments based on NetApp, Dell PowerStore, and Dell Isilon / PowerScale.
- Manage SAN and NAS infrastructures, including storage provisioning, zoning, multipathing, and file shares (NFS/CIFS).
- Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability to meet operational standards and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and infrastructure issues.
- Perform storage configuration changes, migrations, upgrades, and optimization activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to ensure reliable and secure services.
- Support Linux-based environments related to storage operations and infrastructure maintenance.
- Participate in problem analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Inne informacje
Candidates must be located in Poland and open to occasional visits to the Katowice office. The position operates within a three-shift schedule: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, and 12:00–20:00, including on-call duties on a rotational basis, with weekly and weekend shifts.
